Thank you for purchasing our digital products and services at Mockiee.
1. Cancellation of Monthly Packages
You can cancel your Monthly Package subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the premium features through the end of your billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, please manage your preferences in your Google Play account settings or through the billing section in the app or web app if you paid via Razorpay.
2. Refunds for Digital Purchases
Mockiee provides digital access such as credits and monthly packages. Once digital access is delivered to the account, purchases are generally non-refundable. If money is deducted but the purchased access is not added to your Mockiee account, contact support within 7 days with the payment details so we can review and resolve the issue.
