Mockiee AI is a purely digital education platform providing AI-powered mock tests and AI-guided study tools. All our products, including Monthly Packages and Credit Buys, are delivered electronically.

2. Instant Access

Upon successful completion of payment via Google Play or our payment gateway (Razorpay), your account will be updated immediately. The purchased Monthly Package will be activated, or the purchased Credits will be instantly credited to your Mockiee wallet.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since our products and services are 100% digital, no physical goods will be shipped to your address. Therefore, no shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery timelines for physical goods apply.

4. Technical Delays

In rare instances, network issues or delays from payment gateways may cause a slight delay in updating your account. If your purchase is not reflected within 15 minutes of a successful payment deduction, please restart the app or refresh Mockiee AI Web. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
