1. Accounts and Registration

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service offers in-app and online purchases, including:

• Credit Buys: A one-time purchase of Mockiee credits that can be used to unlock specific mock tests or premium challenges. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
• Monthly Packages: A recurring subscription plan that grants unlimited or allotted access to mock tests and Mockiee AI features for the duration of the billing cycle.

Pricing & Taxes: All product prices and subscription packages are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. As per our Cancellation and Refund Policy, all remitted funds are deemed fully consummated and non-refundable upon transaction authorization.

All payments are securely processed via third-party gateways (such as Google Play Billing or Razorpay). By initiating a transaction, you agree to their respective terms of service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including mock tests, questions, explanations, features, and AI logic), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mockiee and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

4. Educational Disclaimer

Mockiee AI provides educational content and AI-powered mock test tools for competitive exam preparation. However, we do not guarantee success or specific scores in actual competitive exams (e.g., SSC, Railway, Banking). The AI Study Buddy is a tool to aid your preparation and is not a substitute for formal education.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
